Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context expressly requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on gr108. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. gr108 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Residency. gr108's services are directed primarily at residents of Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to open and maintain an account. Players who are physically located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or play may have their account suspended and any pending withdrawals withheld pending review.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each Player may hold only one registered account on gr108. Duplicate accounts — regardless of whether they use different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. gr108 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

2.4 Capacity. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal prohibition that would prevent you from using online betting or gaming services.

3.1 Registration Process. To access the full suite of gr108 services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and subsequently updated in your account profile is accurate and current. gr108 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information supplied by the Player, including misdirected withdrawals resulting from incorrect bank account details.

3.3 KYC Verification. gr108 may, at its discretion or upon request of a Player's first withdrawal or when a cumulative deposit threshold is reached, require the Player to submit identity verification documents. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, and proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

3.4 Account Approval. gr108 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee approval; accounts are subject to internal risk and compliance review.

3.5 Updates to Account Information. You must notify gr108 promptly if any registered details change. You may update your contact information by contacting the support team via live chat or at [email protected].

4.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. gr108 strongly recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication where available.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify gr108 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. gr108 will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of unauthorised access where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions to safeguard their credentials.

4.3 No Sharing of Accounts. Accounts are strictly personal. You may not share, transfer, sell, or otherwise allow any third party to access or use your gr108 account. gr108 will treat all activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you.

4.4 Device Security. You are responsible for ensuring that the device and internet connection used to access gr108 are adequately secured against malware, keyloggers, and other threats. gr108 recommends accessing the platform only on personal, trusted devices and avoiding public Wi-Fi networks for transactions.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. gr108 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers to and from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transactions via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

5.2 Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 for e-wallet transactions and Rp 100.000 for bank transfers. gr108 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits at the individual account level, particularly during promotional periods or where enhanced due-diligence requirements apply.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to a Player's wallet within one to three minutes of confirmed receipt by gr108's payment processor. gr108 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing windows, or technical outages outside gr108's control.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification, have no open bonus wagering requirements on the funds requested, and whose account is in good standing. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. gr108 aims to process all withdrawal requests within five minutes; however, bank-side processing times may extend this period, particularly outside standard Indonesian banking hours.

5.5 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit or as otherwise determined by gr108's compliance procedures. gr108 reserves the right to require withdrawal to the original funding source to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.

5.6 Fees. gr108 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which gr108 accepts no responsibility.

5.7 Own Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited to gr108 are your own, lawfully obtained, and are not the proceeds of criminal activity. Any deposit suspected of constituting money laundering or fraud will be frozen and reported to relevant authorities.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by gr108 are subject to these general terms and any additional terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and any game-type restrictions will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Bets placed on excluded games will not count toward the wagering requirement.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria may include minimum deposit amounts, account age, verification status, geographic location, or activity thresholds. gr108 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer from any account at any time if eligibility criteria are not met.

6.4 One Bonus Per Household. Unless explicitly permitted by a specific promotion, only one Player per household, IP address, or shared device may claim any given bonus offer.

6.5 Bonus Abuse. Any Player found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of duplicate accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to guarantee returns regardless of outcome, or exploitation of technical errors — will have their bonus funds and any associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be suspended or closed.

6.6 Expiry. Bonus funds that are not used within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's account balance without notice.

6.7 Promotional Changes. gr108 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus and are actively completing wagering requirements at the time of withdrawal will retain their bonus status under the terms that applied at the time of claiming.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the gr108 sportsbook are subject to gr108's betting rules as published on the platform. gr108 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a stake is considered disproportionately large relative to the market's liquidity, or where a pricing error is evident.

7.2 Odds and Pricing. Odds displayed on the gr108 sportsbook are indicative until a bet is confirmed. gr108 takes all reasonable steps to ensure odds accuracy; however, in the event of an obvious pricing error, gr108 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the Players concerned.

7.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement. In the event a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the applicable settlement point is reached, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the outcome has already been determined or the specific sport's rules dictate otherwise.

7.4 Casino and RNG Games. All casino and RNG-based games available on gr108 use certified random-number generation technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are disclosed within the respective game's information panel. gr108 does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.5 Live Casino. Live casino games operate in real time with human dealers. Technical disconnections during a live game round that prevent a Player from viewing the outcome do not void a confirmed bet; the outcome of the round stands as determined by the dealer's actions. In the event of a confirmed technical failure on gr108's live-stream infrastructure, affected bets will be voided at gr108's discretion.

7.6 Maximum Win Limits. gr108 applies maximum win limits on a per-game and per-market basis. These limits are displayed within each game or market. Winnings exceeding the applicable maximum win limit will be capped accordingly. Players are advised to review maximum win limits before placing large stakes.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the gr108 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or other tools to interact with the gr108 platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human use.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage, regardless of whether the exploit was intentional.
• Colluding with other Players, third parties, or gr108 staff to influence the outcome of any game or bet.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using gr108 as a conduit for money laundering or financial fraud.
• Accessing gr108 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction through the use of a VPN, proxy server, or any other method designed to obscure your true geographic location.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive behaviour toward gr108 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Sharing your account credentials with a third party or allowing a third party to operate your account, for any reason.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the gr108 platform's software or infrastructure.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the gr108 platform — including but not limited to the gr108 name and logo, website design, graphical elements, software, game interfaces, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of gr108 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited Licence. gr108 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any gr108 content without prior written authorisation.

9.3 Third-Party Content. Game titles, studio names, and associated brand elements (including those of Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. gr108 uses such content under licence and makes no claim of ownership over third-party intellectual property.

10.1 Platform Availability. gr108 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or Force Majeure Events. gr108 is not liable for any loss arising from platform downtime.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gr108 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the gr108 platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether or not gr108 was advised of the possibility of such loss.

10.3 Cap on Liability. gr108's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to the platform, in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 No Warranty. The gr108 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gr108 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose, the accuracy of odds, or the continuous availability of any specific game or market.

10.5 Third-Party Services. gr108 is not responsible for the performance, availability, or conduct of third-party service providers, including payment processors, game studios, and internet service providers, whose services are integrated into or relied upon by the gr108 platform.

11.1 Commitment. gr108 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides a suite of player-protection tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options, all accessible from within the Player's account dashboard.

11.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between 7 days and 12 months by contacting gr108 support. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended, all marketing communications will be withheld, and the Player will not be permitted to open a new account.

13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the gr108 platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

13.3 Version History. The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this page identify the currently operative version of these Terms & Conditions. Prior versions are retained by gr108 for reference purposes.

14.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law, as applied in the jurisdiction in which gr108 is licensed and regulated.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and gr108 arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through gr108's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support at [email protected]. If an internal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter through appropriate legal channels.

14.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect.

14.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and gr108 with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
